Boxing

With this program, youth will not only have FUN… they will gain self confidence, hand-eye coordination, balance, offensive and defensive combination/techniques, and boxing specific plyometric training. There are two training options: Competitive & Non-Competitive. Both training options provide an intense workout delivered through trainers, leaders, and coaches. Youth will acquire the skills of teamwork, self discipline, focus, memory, control, coordination and fitness.

Exercise/ Aerobics

Youth will gain more knowledge regarding ways to feel good in body and mind by learning the importance of being physically active and making healthy food choices. All lessons include exercise and nutrition concepts explained for ease of use by trainers and are fun and meaningful for the youth.
